The Install Team

The Directors and Senior Management of Install have many years experience of top level management within the security industry:

Darren Elvin – Shareholder ICL Security Ltd and Managing Director of Install CCTV Limited.
Darren has worked at senior level within a number of security companies for over 17 years. The Last 10 years have been at Director level. Darren formed Install CCTV limited over 8 years ago and has seen the company go from strength to strength. Darren believes the formula to success is an obvious one: “Employ good people, give them the right management framework and correct tools to do the job, ensure they know what they are trying to achieve and how they are going to be measured, and praise good performance.”

It is Darren’s belief that an effective manned guarding operation should be the natural complement to CCTV and electronic security.
Darren has always believed that end users of security services are better served by obtaining a complete solution from one provider, providing a seamless package. ICL Security was formed as a result of this premise.

Adrian Peckham BSc FCA – Director and Company Secretary
Adrian qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988. He spent 10 years following his qualification working in Financial Director roles within service businesses, including contract cleaning.

He returned to private practice in 1998 and became a partner in a firm of Chartered Accountants. He has several business interests including being a shareholder and director in Install CCTV Limited, UK Business Watch Limited and ICL Security Limited.
Adrian has worked in the security businesses since 1999, and is responsible for the financial aspects of each business. Adrian claims responsibility for recruiting Phil Hall, despite Darren Elvin being the introducer!

Adrian continues to give commercial business advice on a day to day basis through the accountancy practice to a wide variety of owner managed businesses.

Adam Gray – Director
Adam started his working life in the early 90’s as an electrical and electronic engineer accredited with City and Guilds qualifications.

After a few years Adam moved into the electronic security industry as an installer of intruder alarms and small CCTV systems. Having a keen interest in technology Adam soon grew within the industry and joined Install CCTV in 2003. Within 4 years of service with Install Adam has progressed through the ranks and was rewarded with promotion to Director Level in 2007. Adam is now responsible for the engineering and technical side of the business along with the day to day engineer’s duties. In the past year at Director Level Adam has introduced a new business management software package to ensure continuity of information and efficiency within all parts of the business, reviewed and renewed the company’s web site and internal networking solutions along with evaluating and recommending the product range available to the sales team to ensure a quality solution is always found.

Team building and quality are key to Adam and his role within Install CCTV.  A strong team with joint goals on delivering the highest standard of customer service and project delivery are paramount.

Matthew Chapman – Director
Matt has over 15 years experience within the electronic security industry. Matt joined Install CCTV Ltd when the company was formed in 1999.

Matt progressed through the ranks from engineer to engineering manager, and due to an increasing work load relating to sales enquiries took on a position within the sales team. Matt utilises his experience gained as an engineer to provide our clients with impartial sales advice regarding the correct equipment to be used to provide the client with a system which will meet their requirements backed up with the knowledge of knowing how the equipment works.

In 2007 Matt was rewarded with a Directorship within the company.
